FBA Board Members Visit Leaders in Tallahassee

On Feb. 5, 2020, FBA Board members gathered in the Florida State Capitol to meet with key stakeholders.

FBA Board Members visited leaders in Tallahassee Department of Transportation Secretary Thibault and the Office of Senate President Galvano. Secretary of Education, Richard Corcoran, joined FBA members for lunch. In addition to these visits, member companies met with legislators representing company assets across the Sunshine State.

Topics discussed focused on the beverage industry’s commitment to environmental sustainability and the Every Bottle Back Campaign, as well as the Balance Calories Initiative and economic impact in the communities where we live, work, and play. We look forward to continuing to work with leadership in Tallahassee on issues impacting beverage industry operations.
